Come ride in the 6th Annual Montclair Bikery Turkey ride! Enjoy riding with your friends on this chilly, flat 15 mile ride while helping out those in need. We’ll stop at the Brookdale Shoprite to buy a frozen turkey and ride with this in our backpacks or panniers to the Human Needs Food Pantry at 9 Label Street in Montclair. Turkeys will be distributed to families in need for Thanksgiving! After party at Egan & Sons, 118 Walnut Street, Montclair.
Can’t ride but still want to make a difference?
Then donate money for a turkey by writing a check made out to Human Needs Food Pantry and drop it off at the Montclair Bikery. Partners for Health will match donations made by check, as long as the checks are payable to Human Needs Food Pantry Registration: 9:00AM . Ride Starts: 10:00AM
Cost: The ride is free, but bring $20/turkey to spend at the supermarket. You can buy and donate more than one turkey if desired. A van is available to take your extra turkeys to the Human Needs Food Pantry.
